Dear Customer,

In these difficult times, we wanted you to know that our office remains open to provide you with on-going support to ensure that your Security System continues to operate to give you peace of mind.

The health and well-being of our customers and staff is extremely important to us and we are following official guidance from Public Health England, ensuring the service we provide and are procedures reflect the latest information and advice.

In an emergency, if you experience a problem with your System, please contact our 24 hour service department. Our trained staff may be able to assist by providing telephone support via our helpline. However if the fault requires a sight visit, the Engineer who attends your home or premises has been issued with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and has been instructed in safe working practices and social distancing in accordance with the Government Guidelines.

We will continue to provide essential maintenance to ensure your System is operating correctly and more importantly that the System batteries are checked and replaced if necessary. If the maintenance of the System is due now, but under the present situation you would like us to attend at a future date, please let us know and we will be happy to rebook your appointment.

I can also reassure you that we have detailed plans in place to minimise disruption to our business and ensure a continuation of the services we provide to you.
